June!
There have been a few changes on the farm since the last post. They say that the only thing that's constant is change, and I guess it must be true. Just today, a new addition came to Little Earth Star Farm! While we were shopping at our local hardware store, (with masks and all of course), we stumbled upon a crate of little bunnies. We looked at them for a bit, (how could you not, they were all very cute) and decided that we had room for another pet, (yay!). After a lot of deciding, we picked a very, very, sweet, white bunny with pink and purple eyes. His name is Rhubarb, Rhu (pronounced roo) for short. He is the sweetest bunny I have ever met. Rhu loves snuggling, trying new foods, and exploring his new home!
Here is a picture of the new setup:
Maple's cage is on the left. We have had maple for about 6 years now, and he was very excited that he would be living next to a new friend.
We also planted six razzberry plants today, on the rear outside of our garden. We are excited to get our berry patches started and going this year.
We have also been letting the goats out around the pond to graze while we watch them closely, which they have enjoyed very much.
That's it for this time!!
